I just tried to assign the proxy and at the final confirmation page, it said that the system had problem and I should try it later.

I waited for a while and start over again, this time it said:

"You have previously registered your voting preferences and no subsequent voting is permitted.
If you would like to log out please click on the "LOG OUT" button located on the top right hand corner."

no confirmation is received and no notify of worldmark owners, inc is assigned,
should I do it again? It won't let me!

And I only assigned my proxy, no vote at all.

I had the exact same problem. It didn't even tell me what the error was about. So I am mailing in the paper and letting WMOwners inc know that I am mailing it in and assigned it to ghem.

Thank you, dzdyer!! Excellent suggestion!!

I tried again this morning and it still wouldn't let me.

I will mail in the vote matters. but I've lost my envelop already. So I called owner services, and the address is:
Proxy Services
Computershare
P.O. box 505037
Louisville, KY 40233-5037

Also, according to the on-line voting message:
"You have previously registered your voting preferences and no subsequent voting is permitted."

will my mailing in proxy be valid?

I have another account and I assigned the proxy on-line today, the final message is:

"Your designation will only stand if you have completed the voting process."

Is this look ok? since I assigned the proxy before this message?

The ballot (online or paper) is NOT required.
The proxy IS required ( unless you vote in person at the annual meeting).

No voting takes except at the annual meeting. All proxy holders (and owners) in attendance cast their votes at that time.

All of this nonsense about "voting" prior to the election is BS and someone should take Wyndham to task on the subject...another class action suit perhaps.

The "ballot" is actually your instruction to the proxy holder regarding how you want your votes to be cast at the meeting. If you do not complete the form, then the proxy holder may vote for the candidate(s) determined to be in the best interests of the club, in the opinion of the proxy holder.

There is nothing that prevents an owner from changing his/her instructions to the proxy holder as many times prior to the annual meeting as desired. Except that WYNDHAM has decided that when you submit the form, you have "voted"...WRONG. You haven't voted, nor has your proxy holder. ALL voting takes place at the annul meeting. Nowhere else or at any other time.

As I have said before, it is better (my opinion) to let the proxy holder ( WM owners, Inc.) vote as a block. Many owners split their votes, which reduces the likelihood that either candidate will be elected.

"Once more unto the breach dear friends..."
Just submitted our 3 yr. proxy; based a touch more on "faith" than I would prefer, since I still don't know where the support will be directed.
Please don't make me regret it.
