Hi protostay:
Welcome to WMOwners!

Which resort / dates did you get the numbers from?

I finished my first Worldmark stay a few days ago at Bear Lake in 3 BR Penthouse (Unit 6201). Since there were no photos of the Penthouse unit on WM website or Tripadvisor, I will upload them to TripAdvisor. The unit was much nicer than regular units.

Since there is no sales at Bear Lake, we had no issues.

How was the skiing? Post a few here, too!

The unit photos don't look much different from the regular units, other than the stainless appliances vs white. I liked the size and storage in the units with a big closet underneath the stairs. I think they are one of the largest units in the WM inventory. I just wish there was more to do there outside of ski season.
It's also an easy and very cheap exchange. There are 2 BR units (the non-WM ones) via the Interval AC ($229 one) for the rest of January.

I had some expiring units this year so I spent the extra units for Penthouse.

For next year, I have booked the 3 BR regular for MLK weekend. It was only 3300 credits vs. 7800 for penthouse for 3 nights. I will check about 30 days out if there is enough snow and maybe decide to use an AC.

Which other resorts have large units?

Mostly the older ones that came in before Wyndham and before things got expensive. Arrow Point at Couer d'Alene were built as individual condos and WM came in and bought the ones left. Rancho Vistoso are good sized. The older rooms at Windsor are larger than the newer but I think you have to know what unit types; I believe all the 2 BR Q are the newer ones with a small dining table crammed against the wall.
