My family refuses to get on a plane until maybe August. I don't know when we will be ready to go to a theme park.

I have friends who have been Disneyland Annual Pass holders for years, they're waiting to see what will happen with Disney, crowd sizes, will they no longer be able to go every day, will they have to make a reservation to be able to get in if they don't want to enter until later in the day?
Like the song from Aladdin, "A Whole New World"

Is Disney giving partial refunds on their Annual Passes?

Right now they are extending expiration dates by the number of days closed they happened to be in SoCal for a conference(which shut down due to COVID19) and went to the Parks on the last day they were open, just waiting to see what their options will be.

That's fair. Some ski resorts are not giving anything.

To keep track of the crowd size, the AP and ticket holders at WDW will have to make a reservation for the day(s) they wish to enter the park. I saw an interview with a Disney exec that the new reservation system is one of the things that is causing WDW to wait until July 11 to reopen.

I wonder if people are going to sell reservations like they do tickets.
