This resort is in a great location. Our unit looked and smelled very clean. I think that the staff could work on being more friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide us with directions coming from I-5 South. They didn't have any information about the resort, city, or the surrounding area. Make sure that you calcuate the cost of parking and transportation into your budget. It cost our family of 4 a total of $40 for cable cars for one day and $30 for 24 hour parking. Be sure to pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I wish that they could upgrade the windows to include screens and better insulated from street noise. The beds were comfortable and surprisingly the sofa sleeper was too. ~Cari |

Wonderful location very close to Union Square and public transportation. We knew parking would cost us a premium, so we didn't take a car, and it wasn't a problem. We walked a lot, and either took the trolly or the bus to other locations. The rooms were small, but large enough considering the location. The staff was friendly, although some were more knowledgable then others. With no kitchen in the room, we ate out every night, and depending on who was working, we either got great restaurant information, or some not so great information. We still had a great time and will certainly return in the future. |
