Portland International Airport (PDX) is the closest (70 miles east) international airport to Seaside. SeaTac International Airport is located approximately 350 miles northeast of Seaside. Seaside based All Ways Transportation (1-503-738-8140) offers ground transportation from PDX to Seaside. Call for rates.
Seaside has something for everyone and is truly a walking community. One of the advantages that Seaside offers over most other coastal towns...is that you can park your car at the resort and forget about it unless you want to drive up and down the coast to explore. Choose between endless activities right outside your door. Walk the spectacular beach and enjoy the mild ocean climate, visit arcades and taffy shoppes, enjoy oceanfront dining, rent a 4 person bike-mobile, shop at a huge variety of stores, visit nearby attractions like the Aquarium, or stay "home" and simply get away from it all. While relaxing at the resort, take advantage of the outdoor pool, outdoor spa, excercise room, arcade games, children's play area, central bbq area, and shared PC's. This resort does have elevators.

Units designated as "Ocean Front" in the reservation system means that the unit faces the ocean. Units designated as "Deluxe" were built as Residence Club Fractional units. Floorplans here.
All units except for penthouse units have queen size murphy beds in the living room. All units have full kitchens, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, cable TV with DVD/VCR, hairdryers, and stereo. The units do not have A/C. There is one parking space per units provided in the parking garage.
WorldMark owns 14 Studio, 47 1-bdrm, 4 1-bdrm deluxe, 70 2-bdrm, 43 2-bdrm deluxe, 30 3-bdrm, 20 3-bdrm deluxe, and 7 3-bdrm PH units , 235 total units. There are some planned activities organized at this resort such as bingo, craft vendors in lobby, mini photo albums, crafts, etc.
Safeway is about 10 blocks away. The resort offers a grocery service for a $10 service fee (or 10% of the bill if under $100). You will need to fill out the form and fax it to the resort 1-2 days prior to your arrival. You may also mail the form to the resort, however, do plan ahead and allow sufficient time for them to receive it. Your groceries will be waiting in your room when you arrive!
