In short, Peggy Fry and her WorldMark paid attorney (for her representation in the suit against her and other "director defendants") obtained legal counsel for Faye Dockter so that she could bring suit to keep the owner list from being released.
Peggy, her attorney, Faye, and "her" attorney all got caught with their collective hands in the cookie jar.
WorldMark, not Wyndham, not Peggy, and not Faye are paying for Faye's legal representation and her "travel costs."

I didn't know about this. This sounds like another trick that Wyndham has done to get owners to do their bidding.
