You have 2 area codes - 313 and 331. my 2008-2009 phonebook shows 313 as Dearborn and Detroit, Michigan. I couldn't find the 331. It may be in a newer book or else may by outside the US.

Got a call also about selling or renting our timeshare. They called my cell phone. I recently changed my number with WM to my cell phone. I no longer have a home phone. Somebody must be leaking information.  |

Oh wow! Nice Christmas gift! This looks awfully suspicious since you just recently changed it. That would be a good test to find out if they are selling them, give them a number and see how fast it gets leaked. whoa no one should try that.  buttt
That's how several people found out about them renting units though, they called themselves to rent it and found out it was WM/Wyn. Is there any difference anymore?????

| Has anyone had credit card info leaked and you think it was through Wydham? Our credit card was charged in the last few days to a suspicious web site and the bank stopped our account usage. On checking it, we found our info was being used fraudulently and we have to get a new card. The old account has been deactivated. |

So I too have been hit with the telemarketing call.
The caller identified herself as Casey Rodriquez with AAA Resort Property Management out of California. I was asked if I was interested in selling or renting my WM timeshare. I asked many questions before she finally said she would just take me off their list.
I was told her manager is Billy Case
My caller ID indicated 1-604-12345678
and of course that is not a valid number.
I Googled AAA Resort Property and find:

Might be good if we all document as much of the information as we possibly can.

| I received a mailing from a company called "Apex Professionals LLC", trying to get me to sell my timeshare, and at the bottom of the flyer it mentions ARDA - maybe that's where our information is being leaked from. (Remember - our current WM-BoD's supports ARDA, and has provided ARDA with our owner information). |
