Please, let's use this evening's valuable time with our Board of Directors for questions about topics that are important to our club as a whole and its future success.
Please DO NOT ask questions like:
1. I was at XXX resort last month and there were no pool towels in my room. What should I do about this this?
2. I was trying to make a reservation using bonus time for 1 night at resort XXX and the following night at YYY but the reservation system wouldn't let me do it. What should I do?
3. Last year it was suggested that vibrating/massaging mattresses be installed in the resorts. I haven't seen any yet. What should I do?
4. There were only 6 water glasses in my unit and usually we have 8 or more. What's wrong?
etc, etc. 
There are others ways to get answers to this type of individual concern... usually by calling owners services or contacting the resort's front desk at the time.

I agree...except for number 3. That really needs to be addressed. 
Also don't waste time asking about lawsuits because you will just get "no comment". Great for shock value, worthless for learning anything IMO. |

I could not agree more. I even suggest taking it one step further and stacking the Q&A line with meaningful questions from the forum
But now I am wondering who is going to get up and give the end-of-movie speech from Independence Day.  |
