Where can I read the actual text of the Wixon v Wyndham settlement? I don't remember getting this information in May.

That's because they didn't send the full settlement documentation in May, just a misleading summary.

Here is where you can find the full document.

The "Release" part is very interesting.

I just received an email that says I have to opt out by July 8, yet I see a post here that says Aug. 27. Which is it?

You are in the wrong forum. This one is over. The one you need is here.

Hi!

And welcome!

Yes, your Opt Out must be postmarked by July 8th.
The August date is for sending comments and objections, which is not the same as opting out.
Confusing isn't it? I would be totally confused without someone here pointing me in the right direction! :)

Again, welcome and glad you found us!

Theresa

Sorry. That was a bit curt. I didn't mean it to be.

The thing to know is that this thread is OLD. It's for the first part of the suit, the suit against the directors. It was settled, mean no "finding" of any sort made.

Here is the current issue: http://www.wmowners.com/forum/viewtopic ... 063#279063
