Oftentimes you will go to book a reservation and the entire set of dates you need will not be available or if they are, perhaps they are in a room type that is not your first choice.
- Book the dates that are available in the room type that you prefer.
- Note the cancellation dates!
- Waitlist for the remaining dates.
- Check availability FREQUENTLY (reservations fluctuate daily)
- As soon as you see one of the missing dates in the room type - book it!
- Keep doing this until you fill in your reservation
- Call the VPC and ask to have all the reservations combined into one single reservation
Things to note:
- Waitlist for multiple room types - you are allowed to have up to (8) waitlist requests
- Always have a Plan-B
- Pay close attention to the cancellation dates
- The new "linked" reservation will have a completely different reservation number - this will have an effect on your room location (please consider this if having a certain floor / view is imperative).
